Payless Blinds and Shutters was founded in 1996 by Ray out of a Douglasville, Georgia, shop. The pitch then was the same as today: cut out the high high showroom markup and the contractor middleman, work directly with the manufacturers, bring the samples to the kitchen counter. Twenty-nine years later that is still the model. The truck is bigger and the crew is wider, but the measuring tape is the same brass tape.
We are a direct source for over 130 window treatment options, including plantation shutters in basswood and composite, hardwood blinds in 2 inch and 2.5 inch slats, faux wood blinds for humid rooms, natural woven wood shades, Roman, roller, and cellular shades, vertical blinds for sliding doors, motorized systems on Lutron, Somfy, and Alpha Tubular motors, arches and palladiums, and weather-proven exterior shades on the Florida side, the same direct-source pricing we hold on the GA side.
