What this website keeps, and why.

When you request a quote

The quote form sends what you type, such as your name, address, phone, email, the products you are interested in and your message, to our team by email so we can contact you about your request. The form is relayed through Cloudflare and the email is sent by Resend. We do not sell your details.

The form on our contact page

The request form on our contact page is provided by LeadConnector. What you send there is kept in the customer records we use to follow up with you.

How you found the site

When you send a form, it also notes how you found this site, such as a search engine, Google Maps, or a link we shared, and the first page you visited. That note is kept in your own browser for up to 90 days and is sent only if you send a form. It is not a cookie.

This website keeps a record of each request: its reference number, date, region, and how you found the site. So that a repeat request is not counted twice, the record also keeps a one-way code made from your email address and phone number, which cannot be turned back into either. It never holds your name, contact details or message. If a request leads to a purchase, we may note the amount against that reference. Tapping a phone number or email link adds one to a count, and nothing else.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful and whether a request was sent. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. It does not receive your name, phone number, email address, street address or message from our forms. You can turn it off with Google’s browser add-on.

Other services this site uses

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical details from your browser.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch them.
• A few product photos load from Unsplash, so your browser connects to Unsplash to fetch them.
