Two dispatch desks, one family
Greater Atlanta, the Panhandle, and every town in between.
Our Georgia and northeast Alabama dispatch runs out of Douglasville on the west side of the Atlanta metro. From there our crews cover Greater Atlanta in every direction, west into Carroll and Haralson counties, north into Bartow and Floyd, south toward Newnan and Peachtree City, and across the state line into Lee and Russell counties in east Alabama. The Florida Panhandle and south Alabama dispatch runs out of Pensacola; from there our crews cover Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Bay counties in Florida and Mobile and Baldwin counties in Alabama.
The lists below show every city where we have a dedicated location page, plus neighboring towns we measure in regularly even without a custom page yet. If your town is not listed, call us anyway. We have shipped finished orders to the Bahamas, New Hampshire, Maine, California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska when a long-time customer moved out of region; an unfamiliar zip code is rarely a reason we say no.

How we plan the week.
I-20 west corridor
Douglasville, Lithia Springs, Villa Rica, Carrollton, Bremen. The home corridor of the GA dispatch. Most measures here are next-day or two-day turnaround. Many local builders we have worked with for a decade live in this corridor.
Greater Atlanta core
Buckhead, Midtown, Druid Hills, Virginia-Highland, Inman Park, West Midtown, Old Fourth Ward, Grant Park, Decatur. Mixed work: Craftsman bungalow restorations, mid-century ranch refreshes, modern infill new builds. Same-week measures during normal demand.
North metro & Cobb
Marietta, East Cobb, Smyrna, Vinings, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Roswell, Alpharetta, Crabapple, Kennesaw, Acworth. Strong subdivision work, neo-traditional new builds, plus the Marietta Square Victorian restoration crowd.
South metro & Coweta-Fayette
Newnan, Peachtree City, Senoia, Fayetteville, Tyrone, Sharpsburg. Historic Newnan and Summergrove get a lot of plantation shutter work; Peachtree City's golf-cart-path subdivisions get a lot of motorized shade work.
Northwest GA
Cartersville, Rome, Calhoun, Adairsville, Cedartown. Lots of 1920s brick and mill houses; lots of new lake-front estate work along Allatoona and Weiss. The Berry College area in Floyd County is a steady book.
East Alabama
Auburn, Opelika, Phenix City, Dothan. We cross the line for Toomer's Corner-adjacent Craftsman cottages and Yarbrough Farms new builds. Steady commercial and university referral work.

Most of our customers are within a 90-minute drive of one of the two dispatch desks. A meaningful minority are not. Over the past 29 years we have shipped finished orders to the Bahamas (for a vacation rental that switched ownership), New Hampshire, Maine, California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. The reason is usually the same: a customer who knew us in one zip code moved to another and would not switch companies.
If you are looking to ship, the call still starts the same way. We send a remote-measurement guide, you measure with our supervision over phone or video, and we ship the finished treatments with detailed install instructions or refer a local installer for the final step. Lead times add one to two weeks for shipping outside the Southeast.
