Limited lifetime mechanism warranty
Horizons offers a limited lifetime warranty on lift mechanisms, headrails, hardware, and structural components against manufacturing defects. The warranty is for the life of the original purchaser at the original install address and covers the parts of the shade that should never need replacing.
Fabric warranty terms
Fabric warranties run 5 years against fade, fiber failure, and color migration under normal use conditions. Custom hand-stitched details on Roman shades carry a 3-year warranty against thread failure. Direct sun exposure outside the normal use envelope can shorten effective fabric life; we walk through the placement at consultation.
Motorization warranty
Horizons motorized shades carry the Somfy motor warranty: 5 years on Sonesse interior motors. Remotes, hubs, and bridges follow the Somfy warranty schedule. Our own lifetime workmanship warranty covers the install integration regardless of which manufacturer warranty applies.
Our workmanship warranty
On top of the Horizons warranty, we add our own lifetime workmanship guarantee. If a bracket pulls loose, a Roman shade lift cord needs adjustment, or a custom hem detail needs touch-up after install, we come back and service it. The warranty is for the life of the original purchaser at the original install address.
