The Druid Hills Olmsted four-squares and the Virginia-Highland bungalows want 3.5 inch louver basswood with stained custom finishes. What is your lead time across Georgia?
Plantation shutters run 4 to 6 weeks consult-to-install (3 to 5 weeks for poly). Blinds run 2 to 5 weeks. Shades run 2 to 5 weeks. Motorized adds 1 to 2 weeks. Local Douglasville and inside-the-Perimeter jobs get the fastest turn.
Do you charge for the consultation or measurement?
No. The in-home consultation, the measurement, the sample bag, and the written quote on the spot are all free. A 50% deposit activates the order; the balance is due install day.
What is your warranty?
Basswood plantation shutters and real hardwood blinds carry lifetime mechanism warranties. Engineered poly and faux wood carry 25-year frame warranties plus lifetime tilt mechanism. Motors carry 6 to 7 years. Plus our lifetime workmanship warranty on the install itself.
Do you do builder and trade pricing?
Yes. We work with custom builders across Tributary, Country Club of the South, Mount Vernon, Crabapple, and Senoia. Trade pricing available on multi-unit packages.
Do you cover Phenix City and the Alabama state line?
